Your support makes all the difference.Two women died and a third was seriously injured when a car ploughed into them as they walked along a road early today, police said.
The women - in their 20s - were hit by the car in Ipswich, Suffolk, shortly after midnight.
Two were pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital and the third was seriously hurt.
A police spokeswoman said a 20-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, who were in the Citroen Saxo car, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving,
They were also injured in the crash and were being treated in hospital in Ipswich.
The spokeswoman said after striking the group of pedestrians, the car had then hit a wall.
