Garry Jack, 22, Daniel Ward, 28, and a 17-year-old male who cannot be identified for legal reasons, were among five people arrested by West Midlands Police last week.
They are accused of being members of the proscribed organisation contrary to section 11 of the Terrorism Act 2000, according to police.
Jack, of Heathland Avenue, Birmingham, Ward, of Highmore Drive, Birmingham, and the teenager from Nottingham, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in central London on Tuesday.
Last week a couple were charged with the same offence.
Mark Jones, 24, and Alice Cutter, 22, both of Wharf Street, Halifax, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
They allegedly remained part of the extremist group after it was banned in December 2016 until September 2017.
Mr Jones works as a joiner while Ms Cutter is a waitress in a theatre in her home town, where the couple share a flat on Wharf Street, the court heard.
The couple were remanded in custody ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing at the Old Bailey on 12 October.
Prosecutor Jessica Hart said any future trial was likely to be heard at Birmingham Crown Court.
