Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Normal opening hours at all stores.

Saturday 26th March - Normal opening hours at all stores.

Easter Sunday, 27th March - All stores closed.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Stores will open from 9am to 6pm. In Northern Ireland stores will open from 10am to 7pm.

When are 2018's Bank and Public Bank Holidays?

Sainsbury’s

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Normal opening hours across all outlets.

Saturday 26th March - Normal opening hours across all outlets.

Easter Sunday, 27th March - Main stores will be closed. Petrol stations and Local stores will operate Sunday opening hours.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Main stores will open from 9am to 7pm and normal trading hours will resume at petrol station and Local branches.

However, opening times in Scotland will be slightly different:

Sainsbury's (Scotland)

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Normal opening hours across all outlets.

Saturday 26th March - Normal opening hours across all outlets.

Easter, Sunday 27th March - Normal opening hours for all main stores, but petrol stations and Local stores will operate Sunday opening hours. Local stores subject to Sunday trading restrictions will be closed. More details here.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Main stores will open from 9am to 7pm and normal trading hours at petrol station and Local branches.

Aldi

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Stores will open from 8am until 10pm.

Saturday 26th March - Normal hours.

Easter Monday, Sunday 27th March - All stores closed.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Stores will open from 8am until 10pm.

Morrisons

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Stores will be closed at 9pm, but petrol station outlets will close at 9.30pm.

Saturday 26th March - Normal hours.

Easter Monday, Sunday 27th March - All main stores closed, but petrol station outlets will be open from 9am to 6pm.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Main stores will be open from 8am to 7pm. Petrol station outlets will open from 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Again, in Scotland, the shops will be open longer:

Morrisons (Scotland)

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Normal hours until 9pm, or 9.30pm for petrol station outlets.

Saturday 26th March - Normal hours.

Easter Monday, Sunday 27th March - Normal hours.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Main stores open 8am to 7pm and petrol station outlets 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Waitrose

Good Friday, 25th March (bank holiday) - Stores will open from 8am until 10pm. Convenience stores will be open from 7am to 8pm.

Saturday 26th March - Normal hours.

Easter Monday, Sunday 27th March - All stores closed.

Easter Monday, 28th March (bank holiday) - Stores will open from 9am until 6pm. Normal hours for convenience stores.

Marks and Spencer

All England, Wales and Scotland stores will close on Easter Sunday and operate varying reduced hours for Good Friday and Easter Holiday.

In Scotland, some stores will be open at reduced hours on Easter Sunday.

Asda

All Asda stores will be closed on Easter Sunday, except those in Scotland, which will operate as normal.

Lidl

All stores will be closed on Easter Sunday, but open normal hours all other days.
