Lawyers for Shrien Dewani say his life would be in danger in a South African prison.

The 31-year-old from Bristol is suspected of ordering the murder of his wife, Anni, 28, during their honeymoon in Cape Town last November.

South Africa's chief inspector of prisons will testify on jail violence at an extradition hearing at Belmarsh today.
