PRINCE Charles will tomorrow become the first royal to visit Russia since the 1917 Communist revolution. His four-day trip to St Petersburg will include a tour of the Peter and Paul fortress to pay homage at the tomb of his relatives the Romanovs, who were murdered by the Bolsheviks.
