A woman who rammed a stiletto heel through her boyfriend's eye during an argument in a taxi was cleared of all charges yesterday.

Staci Hargreaves, 34, was acquitted of causing Gavin Taylor, 28, grievous bodily harm with intent and an alternative charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm at Bradford Crown Court. It was argued that she kicked out in self-defence.
