Police investigating the deaths of two patients at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London, have sent a file to the Crown Prosecution Service following interviews with a nurse.
Hospital authorities were alerted after a man and a woman in their 80s died within 24 hours. The patients were both believed to have been diabetes sufferers and linked to pumps regulating the supply of insulin.
