Curtis Howard, 26, a US student accused of murdering a British student he met on an exchange visit, is to be extradited to Britain. Catherine Ayling, 24, of Littlehampton, West Sussex, was found stabbed to death in the boot of a car parked at Gatwick airport after she went missing in May 1991.
