Mark Newall, 26, was charged last night with murdering his wealthy parents after he was extradited from Paris to Jersey. Mr Newall, a broker, will appear in court on Tuesday. His brother Roderick, 27, a former Royal Green Jackets lieutenant, is currently held in custody in Gibraltar.
