Death driver to wed victim's twin

Paul Drissell, 23, of Ferndown, Dorset, who killed a woman by reckless driving, escaped being jailed when the judge at Winchester Crown Court was told he was to marry Caroline Bee, 23, the victim's twin sister. Drissell was sentenced to six months' jail, suspended for two years.
