Woman sues over retained body parts
Police in Northern Ireland are to be sued by the partner of one of 23 people killed by terrorists, whose body parts were retained by the authorities.
Maureen Jamison, whose partner Tony Butler was shot in 1993, was told last week that part of his skull had been kept without her knowldge.
She said: "I thought the police were coming out to tell me they caught the people who murdered Tony. It's as if it is happening all over again."
The cases were revealed as part of a UK-wide audit.
