Woman and man found dead in west London
Police have not ruled out a possible murder-suicide
A man and a woman have been found dead in a street in a high-end area of west London.
The Metropolitan Police were called to a house in Freston Road, North Kensington at 9.45pm on Friday, after concerns were raised about the welfare of a resident.
After forcing entry into the property, police found a woman - believed to be in her 40s - dead inside the home.
A man in his 50s was also found dead outside the address. It is believed he had fallen from a height.
A police statement confirmed next of kin had been informed of the deaths, but the pair have not yet been formally identified.
Scotland Yard said police have not ruled out a possible murder-suicide.
A post-mortem examination was due to take place on Monday.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are currently investigating the incident.
Police said: "Whilst the circumstances of both deaths are being investigated, officers are not seeking anyone else in connection with the investigation."
