Amateur footage has captured one of the suspected killers in the Woolwich attack directly addressing an onlooker, who was at the scene and had a camera. The video obtained by ITV News shows a man with bloody hands and a knife, saying: 'You will never be safe, remove your government. They don't care about you'.
