Two held after man found dead

Two people have been arrested after a man in his sixties was found dead, police said today.

The man, who has not been identified, was discovered at a multi-occupancy property in Teignmouth, Devon on the night of December 23.

Police said the two people arrested - a man and a woman - both lived at the same address in Barnpark Terrace.

They have been released on bail pending further inquiries, a Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said.

"Police are treating the death as suspicious," the spokesman said.

"No other suspects are being sought at this time."
