Three bailed over canal murder

Three people arrested over the murder of a man whose body was found in a canal were released on bail, police said.

Michael Lucas was found dead in the Grand Union Canal in Hemel Hempstead at 4am on June 17.

A 16-year-old boy and two men aged 18 and 24 were arrested on suspicion of murder and robbery in connection with the incident.

They were bailed to return to Hemel Hempstead police station June 22.
