Third man held over student's murder
Police investigating the murder of a 20-year-old student arrested a third man today.
The body of Luke Desmond Campbell, known to friends as Luka, was found in the yard of a semi-detached house in the Boscombe area of Bournemouth, Dorset, on 8 November.
A post-mortem examination found he died of a stab wound to the chest.
Larbi Nordin Mohamed, 20, and Saeed Alkadir, 21, both from London, appeared before Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Saturday charged with murder.
The pair were remanded in custody to next appear before Winchester Crown Court, Hampshire, on 24 November.
A third London man, aged 21, was arrested in the capital in the early hours of today and was being taken to Dorset for questioning.
Mr Campbell, from St John's Road in Boscombe, was found in the communal garden of a house which has been converted into several flats, and backs on to a railway.
He was two months into his first year of a BSc (Hons) degree in software systems at Bournemouth University.
