Teenager remanded over man's murder in Oxford
A 16-year-old boy appeared in court today charged with murdering a man outside a city centre bar.
The victim, 22, was stabbed during a fight near the Que Pasa bar in Oxford in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He was pronounced dead at the John Radcliffe Hospital in the city later.
The teenager, from Oxford, was charged last night and cannot be named for legal reasons.
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court for a brief hearing and then the case was sent to Oxford Crown Court.
A court official said today the case will now be heard for a committal hearing at Oxford Youth Court on May 12 and the teenager was remanded in custody until then.
