Police are investigating nine reports of indecent assaults which took place in the space of five hours at a Swansea park.

South Wales Police said the incidents happened between 8am and 1pm on Friday in and around Singleton Park.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on Friday, but released with no further action.

Police have released a CCTV image of a cyclist they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Detective Inspector Peter Collins said: “We appreciate these incidents are concerning to local residents who are regularly using the park during lockdown.

“We are taking this very seriously and our investigation is ongoing. We also have extra patrols in and around the park.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who was in park between 8am and 1pm [on Friday] – no matter how insignificant you feel your information maybe as it could help with our enquiry.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or email publicservicecentre@south-wales.pnn.police.uk quoting reference 2100050725.
