Police interview three over stabbing death
Three people, including a 17-year-old boy, were today being questioned over the murder of a man who suffered fatal stab wounds at a house.
Officers arrested a 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman following an incident at an address in Oak Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, at 10.30am yesterday.
Police later said a third person, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested in connection with the inquiry.
All three are from the local area and were being held in police custody.
A Kent Police spokeswoman said: "During the incident a 36-year-old local man suffered stab wounds to his chest. It has been confirmed that the man died from his injuries at the scene."
Officers remained at the property yesterday afternoon gathering forensic evidence, and Kent Police asked anyone with information to call them on 01795 477 055.
