Man in court charged with raping boy

A 24-year-old man was due in court today charged with raping a boy.

Mark Symons was arrested in Efford, Plymouth on Saturday.

He was in custody and due before Plymouth Magistrates Court, Devon, today charged with two counts of raping a boy under the age of 13.
