A man was charged today with murdering his younger brother.
Mark Hayes, 52, of Eltham Green Road, Eltham, south-east London, is accused of the murder of Sean Hayes, 48, in Eltham Green Road yesterday.
He will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Reports said that the alleged murder followed the funeral of their brother Tom.
Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Eltham Green Road at about 1.40am on Saturday.
A post-mortem examination today gave the cause of Mr Hayes' death as a stab wound to the chest and abdomen.
