DJ Neil Fox pleaded not guilty today to nine alleged sex offences on three girls and three women during a 23-year time frame.

The former Magic FM presenter and Pop Idol judge is accused of indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14 and two others who were aged under 16, between 1991 and 1996.

These count for three of the charges made against him. One was alleged to have happened in the Chessington World of Adventures theme park.

The father-of-three, 53, from Fulham, faces six further charges relating to three women, alleged to have taken place between 2003 and 2014.

One of the women claims that she was repeatedly assaulted at the Capital Radio studios, where he used to work as a DJ, in London’s Leicester Square.

In total, Fox is charged with seven counts of indecent assault and two charges of sexual touching.

He arrived at Westminster Magistrates’ Court this morning with his wife Vicky, seven months after he was first arrested in September last year at Magic FM’s studio in Soho.

He spoke today only to enter his plea and confirm his name and address.

Lawyers for Fox had said that he “categorically denies each and every allegation that has been made against him”.
