A bonus scheme is being drawn up for executive members of the board of Railtrack, Roger Freeman, Minister for Transport, told Frank Dobson, the Labour MP for Holborn and St Pancras, in a Commons written reply. Non-executive members who are paid pounds 10,000, receive an extra pounds 500 for each board meeting they attend.
