A hot air balloon floating yesterday over the construction site of the final section of the M3 cutting through Twyford Down near Winchester. The flight marked the publication of a report by the county Wildlife Trusts which says proposed road schemes will damage 200 wildlife sites in South-east England and six Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
