Boy, 16, is held on suspicion of murder
A 16-year-old boy remains in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman. Officers found her body at 1.06am on Saturday in Weymouth, Dorset, after reports that a woman had been injured. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.

Actor Simon Ward dies, aged 70
The actor Simon Ward has died at the age of 70 after a long illness. Ward became a household name through roles such as Sir Monty in Judge John Deed, starred in Zulu Dawn and Young Winston and performed on stage.
Missing boy, 16: body is found
Police searching for a teenage boy swept out to sea have recovered a body. Reece Sweeney, 16, was with two friends when he vanished from Banff Bay, Aberdeenshire, on Saturday. Reece's family have been informed. MORE
