THE green shoots of recovery may not yet have flowered for the economy as a whole, but one indicator that the computer business at least is coming out of recession is the news from Hoskyns, the computer services company, that it is to start recruiting again. The company expects to take on more than 350 staff, including systems builders/designers, programmers and IT consultants.
