The space shuttle Atlantis is chasing after the International Space Station for the final time and they'll hook up on Sunday.

Atlantis is scheduled to dock with the station at 1507 GMT Sunday. The always-tricky maneuver includes commander Chris Ferguson turning the shuttle over in a backflip to line up properly with the station. A variety of cameras will film the docking, look for launch damage on the shuttle and help Ferguson inch in safely.

Atlantis has only four crew members. Officials say that will make it a little tougher to do all the work during docking.

The shuttle's main mission is to deliver more than four tons of supplies to the station. This is the last shuttle flight in the fleet's 30-year history.
