Your support makes all the difference.The British film industry yesterday received a pounds 200m boost when a Hertfordshire aerodrome, which was the set for the latest James Bond film Goldeneye , became Britain's newest film studio.
Leavesden aerodrome, bought by the Malaysian-based Millenium Group Limited, will have the largest backlot - outside filming area - in the world and is expected to create 3,000 new jobs over three years.
The company said work on the former Rolls-Royce aero-engine factory will involve further investment of pounds 150m.
