Ted Cruz is 'Lucifer in the flesh' says John Boehner
He also said he was the 'most miserable 'SOB' he had ever met'

Indeed, the former Republican House Speaker made clear there was than a little bad blood between himself and the senator who was constant thorn in his side.
Appearing at a forum on the presidential candidates hosted by Stanford in Government and the Stanford Speakers Bureau, Mr Boehner drew laughter for making a face of disgust, according to the Stanford Daily.
“Lucifer in the flesh,” Mr Boehner said. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a b**ch in my life.”
The Ohio Republican resigned last fall under pressure from conservatives allied with Mr Cruz. Mr Boehner’s contempt for the Texan stems in part from Mr Cruz's role forcing a partial government shutdown in 2013.
Mr Boehner said he and Donald Trump were “texting buddies” and he would vote for Mr Trump, but not Mr Cruz, who on Wednesday announced Carly Fiorina as his running mate.
As for Ohio Governor John Kasich Boehner said he “requires more effort on my behalf than all my other friends, but he's still my friend, and I love him.”
Reports said Mr Boehner was reportedly urged by the event’s moderator, Professor David Kennedy, to be frank because the event was not being broadcast.
Mr Cruz was asked about Mr Boehner's comments while he was campaigning in Indiana, ahead of next week's primary. He said it should be no surprise to people that Mr Boehner and Mr Trump were "texting and golfing buddies".
"John Boehner has made some interesting comments last night," he told reporters. "He has allowed his inner Trump to come out."
