Summer Term begins today at Queen Anne's School, Caversham. The Ascension Day Centenary Commemoration Eucharist will take place at Westminster Abbey on 12 May at noon. A few tickets are still available. Old Girls and Friends of the School should apply as soon as possible to the Headmistress's Secretary. Old Girls' Day is on Saturday 14 May. Performances of The Hollow Crown will take place on 6 and 7 May. The Guest of Honour at Speech Day on Saturday 2 July will be Mrs Marion Parsons, Head of the Greycoat Hospital School. The Queen Anne's Centenary Ball is on Wednesday 6 July. Tickets may be purchased ( pounds 50 double) from Mrs Cowling at the school.
