Continuing his mission to insert himself into every trending talking point going at any given time, Russell Brand has dedicated his latest video to still smouldering embers of Top Gear.
The comedian plays the show’s camp, eco-friendly new host following the sacking of Jeremy Clarkson by the BBC yesterday.
“She’s eco-friendly, runs on biodegradable fuel and social unity, just like me,” he says to camera pointing to a black people carrier, before cracking a joke about rims.
On the subject of the real contenders for Clarkson’s replacement, Chris Evans has been tipped as the favourite.
However, the radio host has dismissed the rumours as “absolute nonsense”, and said that him replacing the presenter was “never going to happen”.
Here are the other top contenders.
