In an interview with HuffPost Live, the Grammy Award-winning artist avoids answering host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani's question about how the sexual abuse allegations had affected sales of his latest album.
In 2002, Mr Kelly was accused of having sex with and urinating on an underage girl.
Although he was found not guilty in 2008, accusations of engaging in sexual relations with minors have followed him for over a decade.
He has repeatedly denied the allegations and has argued he has been attacked only because he is famous.
Around eight minutes into the video above, the HuffPost Live host asks: “When you think about R. Kelly, I think people find it very difficult to not think about the multiple lawsuits, the multiple allegations, of you having inappropriate relations—sex relations—with minors. What do you say to those people who find it conflicting?”
Mr Kelly replies with a simple "f**k that" before talking over Ms Modarressy-Tehrani for the rest of the interview.
When she presses him for an answer, he tells her she has just one final question around 16:30.
He then storms out of the interview, saying: “You don’t have no video question, because this interview is over. Thank you so much, you’re so beautiful.”
“You don’t have to comment on my appearance, sir,” Ms Modarressy-Tehrani replies.
