In a radio interview with Howard Stern, the Kardashian sister said she suspected the former basketball player Mr Odom had a “sex addiction” and struggled with substance abuse.
“It is humiliating on any level [to be cheated on] but I’ve found out that he was cheating on me for the majority of my marriage,” she said.
Ms Kardashian said she went to hospital to visit her former husband when he woke up from his coma, and confirmed that he has been released from hospital.
She asked him not to go back to the “disgusting brothel” where he took an overdose of drugs including herbal viagra.
“I know he loves me and we loved each other - I don’t question those feelings. I ask why [he cheated],” she added.
He used his assistant’s phone to call other women, which she said was “disgusting”.
Ms Kardashian said “pussy” is thrown at National Basketball Association players all day long, “in every city and every hotel room” and she “gets it”.
“What he’s done doesn’t make him a bad person, that doesn’t define who he is. He is still a phenomenal human being. That may sound a bit contradictory.”
She added that she has no regrets in her marriage.
“I love him dearly, and I will always love him. He’s had a really f***ed up deck of cards dealt to him his entire life.”
“My type of women - we think we can fix people,” she added.
Ms Kardashian is dating another NBA player James Harden.
