When Miley Cyrus has to pull you to one side and tell you to sort yourself out, you know you’ve had a heavy night.

That’s exactly what happened to Jennifer Lawrence when she attended Madonna’s Oscars party this year.

The Bizarre Reason Jennifer Lawrence Fell At The Oscars

According to the actress, she got so drunk at the annual bash that the “Wrecking Ball” singer stopped and told her to “get it together”.

The American Hustle star, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards, spoke about the incident during a recent taping of Late Night With Seth Meyers, set to air tomorrow.

“Jen said she was so drunk, she puked on the stairs at Madonna's after-party,” an audience member told US Magazine.

“Miley walked by and said something like, ‘Get it together, girl!’”

Details of the evening were originally revealed by Lawrence’s best friend, Laura Simpson, who posted an entire diary blog on Myspace about her Oscars experience.

In it, she writes about heading to the bar early with Lawrence and her dad to “slam a few drinks” in order to make the star-studded ordeal “tolerable”.

The somewhat unglamorous tale comes, ironically, as Lawrence has been crowned the ‘Sexiest Woman in the World’ by FHM magazine, topping their annual list of 100.

The 22-year-old American even beat tabloid regular and former Coronation Street star Michelle Kegan back into second place to claim the crown of objectification, last worn my Mila Kunis, who was the supreme champion in 2013.

Rihanna slipped one place to No. 3, while “Blurred Lines” model Emily Ratajkowski was a new entry at No.4.

Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco went up one to No.5, while Kunis, currently reportedly expecting her first child with Ashton Kutcher, slipped five places to No.6.

Beyoncé’s racy comeback antics landed her the No.7 spot, up from No.19 last year. She was one ahead of The Only Way Is Essex’s Lucy Mecklenburgh at No.8, Nicole Scherzinger at No.9 and Scarlett Johansson at No.10.
