Hugh Grant mocked for wearing 'worst costume' at Unicef Halloween Ball after attending in lion onesie

Hugh Grant attended the annual Unicef Halloween Ball in a cheap-looking lion onesie - and was mocked for being the 'worst dressed' at the charity ball.
While some attendees wore elaborate costumes and hired professional make-up artists for their party, which had a 'circus' theme, Grant came dressed as a lion, but his costume appeared to be nothing more than a high-street onesie.
He also came in a pair of beaten-up running trainers, which made it look like he might have been off to a fun run following the evening, which was held at One Mayfair.
Unicef's annual ball is the charity's flagship event of the year, and aims to raise money to help fund their work protecting the rights of children worldwide.

Show all 6They also run programmes in schools and local communities to promote the rights of children and help provide emergency relief during emergencies in area like Syria, South Sudan and Yemen.
Other attendees at the party put a bit more effort in.
Steve Coogan and his girlfriend came as a gunned-down Bonnie and Clyde, while Unicef ambassador Jemima Khan came as someone being murdered by a clown, complete with a prosthetic clown hanging over her shoulder with his hands on her throat.
Model Poppy Delevigne came dressed as Harley Quinn, the psychopath comic book villain set to be played by Margot Robbie in the upcoming film Suicide Squad.
Hugh Grant seemed nonplussed, however, despite the comparisons drawn between Cecil the Lion.
