28 February: Mr Terence Hampstead, Mr Michael Puzey and Mr Ronald Welbelove were received by The Queen at Windsor Castle when Her Majesty decorated them with the Royal Victorian Medal (Silver).
The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron and Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, this evening attended the Opening Ceremony of the Young President's Organisation London 1993, Alexandra Palace, London N22.
