23 August: The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, this morning from Canada and were received at the airport by Mr Roger Cato (Deputy Managing Director, Heathrow Airport).

Buckingham Palace
The State Apartments at Buckingham Palace open between 9.30am and 4.30pm. The Queen's Gallery opens between 10am and 5pm, and last admission is at 4.30pm. The Royal Mews opens between 12pm and 4pm, and last admission is at 3.30pm.
Changing of the Guard
The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery mounts the Queen's Life Guard at Horse Guards, 11am; 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards mounts the Queen's Guard, at Buckingham Palace, 11.30am, band provided by the Scots Guards.
Windsor Castle
The Precincts and State Apartments at Windsor Castle open between 10am and 6pm. Bands playing in the Royal Parks
St James's Park, Fairfield Concert Band, 12.30pm- 2pm, 5.30pm-7pm; Regent's Park (Queen Mary's Rose Garden), Temple Brass, 6pm-7.30pm.
