Your support makes all the difference.Trauma After Care Trust (Tact) helps people suffering from post-traumatic stress, which can result from a wide variety of incidents and disasters, from a car crash to warfare. The trust aims to help sufferers find the appropriate treatment for their symptoms: many of them need psychiatric help and Tact on occasion helps by paying for the treatment. The trust needs to raise funds for its 24-hour telephone helpline service which gives immediate counselling, and also refers sufferers for further treatment.
