The term has quickly risen to the top of Twitter's most talked about topics on the morning of November 26. Across the US people are tweeting the terms, "stuffing," "cooking," "gobble," "turkeys," "baking" and "Happy Turkey Day" to get them in the mood for the festive Thanksgiving holiday.
The Thanksgiving holiday has put most Americans in a good mood (presumably due to the idea of a roast turkey feast with their families and a few days off work) and tweets are generally of a positive nature at 9:30 AM GMT on November 26.
For the second day people on Twitter are using their 140 characters to express the reasons why they are thankful for life. A second "#ImThankfulFor" meme started trending around 15 hours ago, adding to posts characterized by the term "#Iamthankfulfor."
