The October 24 fight between International Boxing Federation cruiserweight champion Tomasz Adamek and Polish heavyweight veteran Andrew (Andrzej) Golota was greatly anticipated by boxing fans who had dubbed the match the "Polish Fight of the Century."
The entire Golota vs Adamek match was broadcast live on the internet for free through a service called ipla.tv. The internet broadcast included the "on-line struggle" plus extra footage including studio scenes, interviews with the opponents and behind-the scenes footage.
After the live broadcast, internet viewers (excluding those in the US) could watch the six hours of footage on-demand by signing up for free to the ipla.tv service.
The sixth full length film in the Saw horror series was released in the US on October 23. Google searches for the film have risen in Europe and the US during the past week, peaking on the film's US release date.
Saw VI was directed by Kevin Greutert. The psychological thriller forces characters to live (or die) through moral dilemmas and torture games. The result is a film lavished with blood, violence and spine-chilling themes.
