THE Muslim President of Bosnia, Alija Izetbegovic, plans to meet his arch-enemy, the Bosnian Serbian chief Radovan Karadzic, according to a senior official in Serbia.

It would be the first such meeting between the two warring leaders since fighting erupted last year.
