Welcome to the Campus page. Never before has any national newspaper dedicated a whole page each week entirely to students, but now the Independent has done just that.

And this won't just be a page for students - it will be a page written mainly by students.

There are almost 2 million people aged between 16 and 24 in full-time education today, not to mention mature learners and part-timers. Campus will aim to offer something for as many of those people as possible.

We will welcome ideas from writers who are on college and university courses, be they undergraduate or post-graduate, full-time or part-time. We want to hear from you.
