Parity makes push into US

Parity, one of the UK's leading providers of IT services, isbuying two American companies. Parity will pay pounds 21.6m to buy TelTech and Personal Solutions, both located in New York. A further pounds 3m will be paid depending on the businesses' performance in the next two years. Parity will raise pounds 26.9m on the market to pay for the deal. Its shares rose 17.5p to 595p.
