Netflix to hire ‘Grammsters’ to Instagram photos on the sets of its popular shows
Grammsters will be paid $2,000 a week, while Netflix handles all the travel arrangements
Are you addicted to Instagram? Dedicated to Netflix? Then you might just be in luck.
Netflix is on the hunt for four new talents or “Grammsters” to take pictures on the sets of its most popular shows for two weeks.
Grammsters will be paid $2,000 a week, while Netflix handles all the travel arrangements.
The candidates must be 21 years of age or older and required to have a mobile phone or electronic device that supports the Instagram application and has a digital camera feature.
Their Instagram account cannot be “protected” or “private” mode.
Applicants don’t need a resume or a cover letter to apply. Instead they must follow Netflix and Instagram and upload their best 3 pictures using the hashtag #grammasters3 between February 19 and March 6, 2016.
The photos must be their original creation. Modifying, enhancing, or altering someone’s else work will not qualify to get the job.
“We’re looking for TV and movie fans with a talent for taking pictures. Choose photos that show off your interests or passions,” the Netflix post reads.
Netflix will select 25 finalists by March 11 and notify them via Instagram. The lucky few will have to fill out some paperwork and participate in an interview via Skype or other means.
