A husband-and-wife team yesterday landed a huge windfall as they sold their phone-conferencing business for at least £28m.

Paul and Selena Bailey are the majority shareholders in Worldwide Group Holdings, which is being bought by broadband and telecoms firm Daisy Group. It is paying £28m in cash with further payments based on performance.
