Text, with BT and Microsoft among its clients, is thinking in terms of a full listing, possibly within two years.
It has not taken VNU, the Dutch publishing group, long to increase its stake in Freepages, the business directory group. On Tuesday it picked up 4.47 per cent; now it has moved to 10 per cent. The two have trading links; in September they launched Freepages Scoot consumer information service in Holland. Freepages held at 36p.
