Management buys Blue Boar

The Blue Boar group of motorway service stations has been sold to its management for pounds 25m. The deal involves three sites, including two on the M1 at Watford Gap and Rothersthorpe near Northampton. A third is located at Annadale Water on the M74 in Scotland.The deal was led by Blue Boar's managing director, Dennis Watson,and backed by 3i, the venture capital group.
