HANSON Industries, the US arm of Hanson, is to sell Hanson Office Products for pounds 110m. The New Jersey group, which is the third-largest contract stationer and forms management company in the US, was bought by Hanson when it took over Kidde in 1987. It is now being bought by Corporate Express, a privately owned contract stationer based in Colorado.
