The investment managers' watchdog, Imro, has fined one of its member firms, Guildhall Investment Management, pounds 5,000 and ordered it to pay pounds 12,000 costs for failing to keep proper records of client information and the intended allocation of investments between customers. The offences took place between September 1993 and May last year.
