THE ARGOS-to-Burberry group Great Universal Stores yesterday reported a further droop in sales at its home shopping business. GUS last month reported comparable sales in its home shopping arm and Argos business down 4 per cent for April and May, against the same period last year. Yesterday, the group revealed sales in the home shopping arm since the end of May had dipped further - falling 5 per cent. The home shopping business, which includes the Kays, Choice and Innovations brands, had been hit by the weaker retail market, GUS said.
